Pasta & Pizza
We ate our weight in pasta while we were traveling through Italy. We often pine for the fresh homemade pasta that was so accessible in Italy. Nothing else compares to a fresh pasta covered in garlic and olive oil or a delicious pomodoro sauce. And the Pizza was quite amazing as well. We loved the classic pizza with tomato sauce piled high with veggies and fired in a brick oven. My mouth is watering just remembering the crispy pizza crusts we enjoyed in Italy.
Breathtaking Beauty
Traveling through Italy was an unforgettable experience from the beautiful metropolitan cities such as Milan and Rome to the gorgeous natural beauty of places like Positano and Tuscany. It just seems unfair that one country can hold so much stunning scenery and have such tasty food!
