While I could while away the entire day in the sun (I know that’s terrible for my skin), Josh is a bit more sensitive to the rays and the heat. So we’re always scoping out shade anytime we’re on a beach. In Tropea, we found Josh’s dream come true. The cliffside buildings cast natural shade on Rotonda Beach all day long. Sure the shade moves as the sun moves so you have to chase it around a bit but that’s not such a big deal. I got to spend an entire day on the beach and Josh never had to spend a single minute shielding his eyes from the sun – Win, Win!!!!
