Lovely Live Music
One evening we were walking around downtown Palermo, which is very fun and lively at night, and we heard beautiful orchestral music coming from a cathedral. We stepped inside and caught the end of a lovely string concert. It felt like something from a dream as we sat in this amazing cathedral in a seaside village of Italy listening to a live strings concert. Sometimes I do believe in magic!
Pistacchio Granata? Yes Please!
Since we’re vegan and do not eat ice cream, we end up eating a lot of fruit sorbets. When we’re lucky, we find a good dark chocolate sorbet (Josh’s favorite). So, we were in search of a dark chocolate when we happened upon a delicious icy concoction called a granata. One of the flavors was Pistacchio. We gave it a shot and fell in love! It was creamy and nutty and so different from what we’re used to. Now we search for it wherever we go.
