Paris was not really on either of our radars. Not because we didn’t like it, we just thought we knew exactly what it would be and we weren’t excited about it. So, we ended up visiting Paris more out of convenience than desire. But, holy cow, were we completely won over. Right away we were blown away by how beautiful this city is. The architecture is amazing. In every direction you turn, there’s something stunning to look at. Of course, there are world-class museums and gardens, cathedrals and the arc-this and troca-that to drool over. The river is lined with cool bars and floating restaurants. And the people were so kind and welcoming to us. I completely understand, now, what all the fuss is about.
