A Bohemian Narnia

While staying in Prague, we checked out the Bohemian Switzerland National Park. There’s a place in the park where part of the movie The Chronicles of Narnia were filmed. It’s easy to see why this magical-looking land was chosen to represent the fictitious magical land of Narnia. I mean, there’s actually a chalet built right into the side of the mountain and you can hike up to extreme heights and see out forever. Most of this national park remains untouched and is exactly how it has been for ages. It really is an amazing place to explore.

Historic Architecture

Prague is a very walkable city. It’s not excessively large and there’s so much to see. Charles Bridge, alone, is quite a sight to behold. In addition to spending a little time on the bridge enjoying the views and the street vendors, make sure you climb to the top of the bridge towers to enjoy views of the city. Then there’s also the castle to explore. Make sure you check out XXX while you’re in the castle grounds. And spend some time enjoying Old Town Square. It’s really charming and a fun way to while away the evening.
