Mexico is home to some very well known civilizations such as the Mayans and the Aztec. From the amazing tiers of Chichen Itza to the ocean-side city of Tulum, there are some incredible ruins to explore throughout Mexico. Get lost in the scenery while also learning a bit about the first civilizations who inhabited this beautiful country.
Underwater Adventures
There are plenty of fascinating snorkeling sites all around Mexico. In Isla Mujeres, you can swim discover MUSA, the underwater museum of sculptures and statues. Cozumel is a great snorkeling location due to its close proximity to the Mesoamerican Reef and clear water conditions. You can swim with green sea turtles who feed on the lush grass beds in Akumal Bay. Or maybe you want to snorkel in the crystal clear waters of a cenote like we did. Whatever you like, Mexico has plenty of options.
