Olympic National Park

Not very far from Seattle is this sprawling area of protected national park which includes a variety of different terrain ranging from glacial mountain summits to mossy old-growth forests where giants grow. There’s so much to see in the park. Take your time here and enjoy all that nature has to offer.

Skyline Loop Trail

On Mount Rainier, near Paradise (that’s an actual place), there’s a beautiful 5.5 mile loop trail with great close up views of Mt. Rainier. On a clear day, you can even see Mt. Hood in the distance. Along this trail, you can spot beautiful wildflowers and critters including marmots.
